What is TellJack?

TellJack is a digital delivery service. We deliver digital files securely over the internet. Using our software means Content owners can deliver any size file over any size internet connection. This means we can send the highest quality files to anyone who wants them.

What can I use TellJack for?

TellJack can be used to sell digital products directly to consumers, or allow them to sample music or videos for a limited time and then buy them. TellJack can deliver HUGE files to tiny internet connections. This means that you can buy a movie from a TellJack site and we can deliver it over a period of time. The larger the files the longer it takes to arrive, but what ever the size of the file it will get there! Contact us to discuss you requirements and we'll come up with a solution.

Why do I need to install software to get my music/video files?

Couple of reasons: We deliver high quality files, in the background we need the software to manage the download for you and not take up all your computers time. Using our software means you receive the files without even noticing. You won't have to 'watch and wait' for ages as the files download.

Second reason; we often offer music ahead of the official release date, we send you the files encrypted and use the software to unlock these files at a predetermined time. Without the software we can't unlock the files at the right time.

How long will my files take to arrive?

This depends on the size of the files and the size of your internet connection and how much you use your computer. The Download Manager works more slowly if you are using your machine so that it doesn't affect your work. A typical Album EPK containing 2 free videos may take anything up to 4 hours to deliver, more often then not it will be with you in about an hour.

Not only does this mean you get the very best quality files, (much better than MP3s or ) but you have all the added excitement of the anticipation of waiting a little bit for your content. We think that the improvement in quality makes it worth the wait.

I've downloaded the software but don't seem to have received any files?

Everything is probably working just fine. Wait 20 minutes after installing the software. Right click on the Download Manager icon in your system tray and launch, check 'download progress'. This will tell you what percentage of your files has downloaded.
