Nathan Graves has over 17 years in the music industry working for PolyGram NZ and Universal Music Group in roles as Head of Marketing - Pop, Classics & Jazz working with diverse acts including U2, Bob Marley, Shania Twain, Tricky, Roni Size, Metallica, LL Cool J then 5 years in the UK as Head of Jazz for Universal Music, marketing acts like Herbie Hancock, Diana Krall, George Benson, Us3 and Ella Fitzgerald. Now as an independent A&R and marketing consultant with clients including the Ministry of Sound, BBC Music, EMI Music and Universal Music, he is forging a name across all music genres again.

He has helped Jack on a number of projects including: Allied Domecq.
